Experience the joy of interacting with friendly farm animals at our homestead! Come spend 1 hour with our goats, sheep, pig, highland calf, chickens, and guineas. Our petting zoo offers a hands-on experience where you can go in with the animals and enjoy snuggling, petting, and playing with them up close!

Now offering photography opportunities year-round for photographers or families.
Pricing & Duration:
- $25 for one hour of use of the property
- $50 for 30 minutes of animals (Highland cow, goats, or chickens)

- Flower Truck: Our 1961 Ford Econoline is a unique backdrop that you won’t find anywhere else!
- Tractor: The iconic farm item that makes for a good prop
- Wooden Swing: Sit down and pose with your family on the edge of our flower field
- Farm Environment: Take photos along our wooden fencing with the pasture behind you
- Teepees: Setup our lounge area seating in front of the teepees for a boho vibe
- Wooded Area and Creek: Take a trip down our trail to the creek for some more of nature’s beauty
Need a Photographer?
For Summer Camp, Daycares, Field Trips, Scouts, 4H or other programs
We welcome children of all ages to come out for a 1.5 hour experience. We will learn about seed starting, exploring bugs in the garden, hatching, and raising chickens, goats, sheep and pigs.
$10/child (less than 15 children will be a $150 flat fee)

Homestead Field Trip Itinerary
A hands-on farm and nature experience!
Welcome & Introduction (10 min)
- Greet students and chaperones
- Brief overview of activities and safety reminders
Seasonal Garden/Flower Field Activity (20 min) 🌱🌻
- Spring: Seed starting in trays or direct planting
- Summer: Bug hunt to identify pollinators and pests
- Fall: Harvesting seasonal produce or flowers
- Discussion on plant life cycles, soil health, and beneficial insects
Visit the Chicken Coop (15 min) 🐔🥚
- Learn about different chicken breeds and their roles on the farm
- Feed the chickens and observe their behaviors
- Gather fresh eggs (if available)
Goat Partner Game (20 min) 🐐🧘
- Kids pair up on yoga mats and challenge each other with balance poses
- Goats freely roam and interact, adding fun surprises to the game
- Discussion on goat care and their role on the farm
Creek Exploration & Rock Hunting (20 min) 🌿🪨
- Walk to the creek, observing plants and wildlife along the way
- Collect and identify interesting rocks and natural artifacts
- Discuss erosion, water ecosystems, and responsible nature exploration
