This agreement releases The Homestead at Little Creek, LLC and its owners from any liability resulting from injury occurring on the premises owned by Jeffrey Graper and Megan Graper. I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages which may occur as a result of my participation.
I agree that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical conditions which would risk my participation in events offered by The Homestead at Little Creek, LLC. I understand the risks associated with activities involving animals and agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate. It is my responsibility to notify the owner of The Homestead at Little Creek, LLC if I have any medical limitations.
I understand that the natural behavior of animals is unpredictable and may result in, but not limited to, jumping, head butting, urinating, defecating, or nibbling. I agree that any damage done to my personal property is my responsibility.
